Delightfully refreshing. My wife is a big sushi person. I enjoy it by not near as much as she.

David, I wasn't much of a sushi/sashimi person either until many years ago when my Japanese friends/associates took me out to dine. I was hooked immediately. What Americans eat as sushi/sashimi is nothing like what the Japanese eat and it's a delight to discover some incredible tastes. I could probably change your mind.

Risa, the food we ate wasn't on the menu. It was prepared because I was with Japanese associates who ordered and the restaurant here responded as they usually do. We had so many different courses that I was almost dizzy. And we ended in traditional Japanese style with Miso soup with micro enoki mushrooms that was so wonderful I wanted to keep half of it to bring home!

Sonia, thank you. This was a real treat. Six courses each better than the previous serving. I was reeling with delight on the way home.

Ewwww, don't like sushi or octopus but love shrimp. The veggies look wonderful. Nice picture.
