Jan, it really was a gourmet burger. Excellent combination and the flavors really popped making it quite worthwhile. Great dish!

Thanks, Tropica. It was an out of the ordinary good sandwich. I'm always looking for food that rises above the mundane. This one did that. I loved it.

Haha, Sonia. This was exquisite. Really, full of flavors, juice, prepared to the best taste and I loved it. So did everyone else. An A+ burger for sure.

Yep, set on the grill till toasted on the inside but still soft on the outside.
