I like my chili without the beans. Years ago I made an outstanding chili made with chunks of beef rather than the chop meat. It was incredible. It wan an award winning recipe that I got out of a magazine. I don't even know if I still have this recipe or not.

A couple years ago I made chili with beef chunks. It was a Martha Stewart recipe, and it was amazing chili!

Yup, there truly is a difference. Then I made another one with beef chunks several years later and it too was excellent. The only thing is it had about 50 ingredients.......every spice you could think of! What an expensive chili that was! LOL!
