From Cassava Bakery + Café in San Francisco: Turkey, sesame hummus, applewood bacon, avocado, tomato, & cheese panini. Side salad of mixed, crisp greens with radishes and fennel. Excellent!

Sassy, you woulda loved the bacon--thick sliced and cooked to perfect doneness and then it contributed its saltiness to the overall pleasure of the sandwich. Exquisite.
