Salmon ai Carciofi: Sauteed fresh filet of Atlantic salmon in garlic, basil & artichokes with a side of penne in Bolognese sauce and fresh vegetables. From Bistro Pazzo, San Diego.

Must be a good day for salmon, greens and pasta...another friend prepared salmon en papillote and served it with their bakery's pesto sauce and kale.

Love artichokes but don't find good ones often enough!

Yeah, salmon right now is so fresh here and lovely. And our artichokes are so sweet they are begging me to make a sweet-savory brulee or flan but I can't find the time. Darn it.
