Dinner: Pan Seared Chicken in a Sun-dried tomato &homegrown leek and garlic wine sauce with a side of homegrown chard prepared in a wine/garlic saute sauce. Girl scout cookies from the freezer for dessert because I was at sea today and too tired to make a dessert.

Mmmmmm.....makes our bistec en cazuela, brown rice and beet & carrot salad with caramelized pecans look puny ;-)

Ah, but do you include the olives or the sour lime in your bistec dish? Either sour wins me over every time!
