My sister, Becky, catered her daughter's wedding last Sunday in Rockton, Illinois. I helped make the cream wafers, and had the fun job of arranging things on the serving platters and tables.

There were 3 plates all decorated the same, so once one started looking picked over, I just whisked out another to take its place.

Thanks, Rose. The cream wafers are a labor of love, but they are so good! I used to make them for Christmas every year but never seem to get it done these days. Probably a good thing since once they are made, I can't seem to resist eating them. :-)

Thanks! My sister, Becky, made all kind of cakes and cheesecakes for my aunt and uncle's 50th wedding anniversary today, too - they were delicious and beautiful. She is truly amazing.
