Bubba's Sour Mash Barbecue Sauce

Yield: 3 cups
1 ea Onion minced
1/2 c Dijon-style mustard
1/2 c Dark brown sugar packed
1/4 c Sour mash whiskey
2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Salt
Combine all ingredients over medium heat.
Bring to a boil.
Boil for 3-5 mins. while stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
Serve warm as a dipping sauce.
