Oh, these were SO good!!!! I ate half of the mixture before I even got to the spreading in the pan part!
1 cup quick cook oats
1/3 cup dried tart cranberries or cherries
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 T honey
1 t vanilla
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
Spread the mixture in a pan and refrigerate for 2 hours. Eat!
