Sassy is going to have to snap out of this "I don't wanna cook!" mode. For Sunday dinner, I took a turkey breast half out of the freezer (frozen when I roasted a turkey in October) and wrapped it up.
Large flour tortilla, roast turkey breast, Swiss cheese, yellow bell pepper, green onions, dijon mustard. Rolled up and toasted in a nonstick skillet. It was delicious.
Today I finished up the last shreds of turkey by sauteing them with onion and red bell pepper, scrambling two eggs into it, and stuffing it in an 8 grain pita thin along with Swiss cheese. Yum!
