Dabgvadz Noush - Fried Almonds

Yield: 1 Batch
1 lb Almonds shelled
Olive oil as needed
Salt as needed
Place shelled almonds into boiling water for 90 secs.
Remove then cool in a bowl of iced water.
Peel skins, drain, & pat dry.
Cover skillet bottom with olive oil then heat over med-heat.
Add almonds when oil is heated usuall 2-3 mins.
Saute while stirring constantly until both sides are golden brown.
Drain in colander then sprinkle with salt to taste.
Serve as part of a selection of appetizers or eat as a snack.
These almonds are especially good with cheeses.
