Pat's Guinness Burgers

Yield: 8 burgers
2 1/4 lb Ground beef
4 tb Onion minced
2 ea Garlic cloves minced
3 tb Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c Guinness stout
Pre-heat an outdoor grill for med-high heat then lightly oil grill grate.
Mix ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper in a bowl.
Mix in stout until absorbed by meat mixture.
Form into patties.
Grill until burgers for 3-5 mins. per side.
