Horton's Smoked Mullet Spread & Dip

3 ea smoked mullet
1/2 c Onion chopped
1/2 c Green pepper chopped
1/2 c Celery chopped
2 ea 8 oz.pkg Cream cheese softened
1/2 c Mayonnaise
Horseradish to taste
Paprika to taste
Peel fish from skin & break up pieces with a fork & set aside.
Add all ingredients to cream cheese & mix to a smooth consistency.
Add smoked mullet.
Form into a ball & sprinkle with paprika.
Cover then Refrigerate 6-24 hrs. before using.
*NOTE: This can be made with any smoked fish.
