Kenny's Ultimate Cheeseburger

Yield: 8 burgers
1 1/2 lb Ground beef
1 lb Ground pork
1 ea Egg beaten
3/4 c Dry bread crumbs
3 tb Evaporated milk
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
2 ea Garlic cloves minced
6 tb Onion chopped
Pre-heat grill for high heat.
Mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, Cayenne pepper, onion & garlic with your hands.
Form this mixture into 8 patties.
Lightly oil grill grate.
Grill patties 5 mins. per side or until done as you prefer.
