Sean's Magnum Burgers

Yield: 8 burgers
1 ea Onion chopped
1/2 ea Green bell pepper chopped
2 ea Garlic cloves peeled & crushed
4 tb Sweet relish
8 ea Tomato slices
2 tb A-1 Steak sauce
2 lb Ground beef
1/4 c Corn flakes crushed
Salt & pepper to taste
Pre-heat grill for high heat then lightly oil grate.
Using a blender or food processor gradually place sweet onion. green bell pepper, garlic, relish & tomato.
Blend into a thick liquid.
Mix steak sauce into this mixture.
Pour the blended mixture into a large bowl.
Put ground beef into the bowl, and thoroughly mix together.
Set aside approximately 15 minutes.
Mix again if liquid is present.
Gradually introduce crushed corn flakes until mixture is firm enough to form patties.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Form beef mixture into hamburger patties.
Grill to desired doneness.
