My son "Michael", which I call and refer to as "Thomas Lee" alot because that is his middle name. Decided he wanted mom to make deviled eggs. He couldn't wait. So, he shelled and emptied the egg whites.

I love to mix it up and add different things to my egg whites. But my my son was adamant they were made like I always make them. With a sweet touch.

Almost done but not entirely. I had to add one last touch before I would let anyone grab them up. I added paprika to add a little color. My son argue saying he did not like it added. So, I had him try a piece. He tried the paprika by its self. Lol. The face he made was to funny. I told him he needed to taste part of it on the deviled egg. As it adds not only color but flavor as well. He did tell me he wants me to make these all the time this way.

Don't these look yummy? I think so. They tasted as yummy to. They did not last long in my household. Even my neighbors grabbed a few and wants me to make some to send home. how great is that? They love my cooking!!

Just boil eggs about 10 to 15 mins is all it takes.
I always open an egg to see if they are completely boiled.
Drain, let cool, than peel.
After cooling, cut eggs in half, take yolk out and place in bowl. Place egg white on a platter.
Continue this til all eggs have been cut and separated.
Add mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, sugar (and whatever else you want) to the bowl with the egg yolks. Mix well. Sample for taste. Well done, spoon mixture in to each egg white. Add paprika on top for looks and added flavor.
