Sauteed Dandelion Blossoms

Yield: 2 Servings
5 c Dandelion blossoms
1 1/3 c Cracker crumbs
2 ea Egg beaten
4 tb Milk
Combine egg & milk.
Dip flowers first into egg mixture then into cracker crumbs.
Saute in oil for1 min. on each side.
Serve hot.
