Sassy fried beef liver with onions, baked a red potato (in the microwave, so easy!), topped the potato with Mrs. Dash salt-free seasoning and sour cream, and cooked up some green and yellow beans which had been grown in my garden last year and frozen. Sometimes, I eat the liver and onions with catsup. If I had been more ambitious, I would have made liver gravy in the skillet for the potato. Dessert was vanilla ice cream topped with NEW Hershey's York Dark Chocolate & Peppermint ice cream topping. Yummy! What was on your menu?

Have you seen the new Hershey's York dark chocolate peppermint ice cream topping. It is at Walmart.
Thanks 4 sharing!
Tonight, I made dinner! *gasp!* I've been doing that a lot! Though it was an easy one; italian sausage with onions, mixed in with some 4-Cheese Rice-a-Roni. :)
