Ginataang Alimasag - Blue Crabs In Coconut Milk

3 lb Blue crabs
2 tb Shrimp paste
1 ts Garlic minced
1 ea Onion minced
1 ea Ginger knob peeled & grated
3 tb Peanut oil
4 c Coconut milk
1/2 ts Black pepperground
1 ea Bunch fresh spinach
6 ea Thai chili
3 c Rice steamed
Sauté garlic, onion & ginger oil.
Add black pepper & coconut milk then bring to a boil.
Put-in shrimp paste & fish sauce.
Cook for 15-25 mins. until coconut milk’s texture is thick & natural oil comes out of it.
Add Thai chili then simmer for 5 mins.
Put crabs into pot then mix until evenly covered with coconut milk.
Simmer for 5-15 mins.
Add spinach then simmer for 5 mins.
Serve over steamed rice.
