The sense of taste and smell can transport you to another time and place....I can smell the perfume Chantilly and it automatically bring memories of my grandmother... ;-)
Anything with lemon has to be good...
;-)
Certain aromas bring back memories to me as well. Hot Beef sandwiches bring back bad memories. I hated that stuff as a kid. I hate the stuff still. I can't stomach the smell because of it. Chile...reminds me of my dad cooking. Stuffing made with lots of sage reminds me of my dad cooking.
