Spinach & Pomegranate Salad
Salad: Vegetable, Fruit, USA, Dixie, Side dish
Yield: 4 servings
1 ea 10 oz bag baby spinach leaves rinsed & drained
1/4 ea Red onion sliced very thin
1/2 c Walnut pieces
1/2 c Feta crumbled
1/4 c Alfalfa sprouts
1 ea Pomegranate peeled & seeds separated
4 tb Balsamic vinaigrette
Put spinach into a salad bowl.
Top with red onion, walnuts, feta, and sprouts.
Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the top, and drizzle with vinaigrette.
