Chili Sweet Potato Fries

Yield: 4 servings
4 ea Sweet potatoes
1 tb olive oil
Kosher salt to taste
2 tb Hungarian smoky paprika
Chili powder to taste
Cumin to taste
Pre-heat oven to 400 deg-F.
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Slice sweet potatoes 1/8" thick.
Pat sweet potatoes slices dry with a paper towel.
Toss them with olive oil in a small bowl.
Arrange them in 1 layer on baking sheet.
Sprinkle them with salt, paprika & chili powder.
Bake for 10 mins. then flip them over.
Sprinkle other side with salt, paprika & chili powder then continue baking for 5-10 mins. until edges are slightly crispy.
Allow fries cool for 5 mins. on a tray..
Serve while still warm with ketchup or any other dipping sauce.
