My roast beef gravy recipe is the easiest fix to make sure that special meal comes out just right. If you're like me and you love your comfort food, this is the information you need for the easiest roast beef gravy recipe. This works whether you're cooking your roast beef in water, beer or wine. It's simple:
1. Once your entree becomes about half-way done (as far as time goes) pull your meat out of the oven completely. Spoon a good half a dozen large stirring spoon full of the juices into a bowl. Try not to get any vegetables, but a slice of onion or two won't hurt anything.
2. Into the juices, stir a small amount of flour at a time, stirring each bit in until you have a medium thick paste. Stir well, mixing all flour in.
3. Stir this paste into the rest of the roast beef juices still in the pan. Whisk in as much as possible of the paste into the juices. Baste your meat with the well-mixed product. Re-cover your meat and place back into oven.
4. Continue cooking your roast beef until it's otherwise normally done. Save the leftover gravy in your refrigerator (for up to three days safely) and it will thicken nicely.
Yup! It's really just that easy! Bon appetit!

Oh! Btw...Don't offer this recipe to vegans. They'll be offended. To prevent this, I use a little joke to remember for vegans. I hope it helps you too:
Q: How can you tell when your friend is a vegan?
A: Don't worry. They'll tell you.
