Pljeskavica - Serbian Hamburger Patties

Yield: 6 patties
1 lb Ground beef chuck
1/2 lb Ground lamb
1/2 lb Ground pork
2 ea Garlic cloves minced
1/2 c Onions minced
1 1/2 ts Sea salt
1/2 tb Hungarian sweet paprika
1 ts Hungarian hot paprika
Mix together all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
Refrigerate fro 3-4 hrs. to firm.
Use your slightly dampened hands to divide meat mixture into 6 portions.
Form into thin patties approximately 9"x 1/2".
Grill, broil or pan fry these pljeskavica for 6-7 mie.s per side.
Serve with green onions or chopped raw onion, tomatoes, pogacha & potato salad or cole slaw.
Place a patty on a large bun like an American hamburger if you like.
