Cajun Spicy Butter Sauce

Yield: 1 batch
1/4 c Cider vinegar
1/2 ea Lemon cut to thin slices
2 ea Garlic cloves smashed
5 tb Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 ts Black peppercorns
1 1/2 ts Sea salt
1 1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
1/2 lb Unsalted butter
4 ts Worcestershire sauce
2 ts Lemon juice fresh squeezed
Melt your butter.
Remove pan from heat then add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice & remaining salt & 1 ts cayenne pepper.
Stir well to mix.
Divide your sauce among four small bowls.
Serve shrimp, chicken fingers, crawfish, lobster, fish etc. with your Cajun butter dipping sauce.
