With Valentine’s Day just a few days away, most of us are making plans. Whether you are a “cook at home and serve by candlelight” romantic or a “make a reservation at a dark and seductive restaurant” seducer, I’m curious what you are planning for your menu.
If you’re cooking at home, how is it stacking up? If you’re dining out, what is your draw to the restaurant you’re going to enjoy? What sorts of treats do you have in mind for those you love?

Lastly, which part of the meal is most important to you or your partner: drinks, appetizer, entrée or dessert?

Still thinking Chinese New Year...
Love the looks of that chicken and raspberry salad!
What type dressing do you use on this?
When my NC niece and husband were here in November they brought us 2 big bags of shelled pecans. We use them sparingly. Pecans can be expensive here when we can find them.
As for your question, Madame....the entree is the most important to the man...the dessert to his lady friend.
The odds are quite long I think, Sonia.
I kind of put that idea to the test in a restaurant in provincial France. The waiter came and took the dessert trolley away from our table.
