Avoid sugar cravings by avoiding any sugar. Hard to do. Diana says the best way to curb sugar cravings is to aim for a stable blood sugar. You can do this by avoiding sugary treats and drinks like candy, soda and even fruit drinks. Instead try sweetening your foods and drinks with stevia. Please avoid any artificial sweeteners.

Truly, if you eat fresh fruits and veggies and nuts and grains most of the time, when someone offers you a cupcake, you'll take a bite and say eweeeeeed. just doesn't taste good.
however, you might still have a salt craving... but sugar ..... it will quickly disappear.

I have also found that I dislike the spice mixes that come with rice mixes, for example. Not only are they very salty, but they taste stale, in comparison with what we can make - brown and wild rice with green onions, bits of peppers, sweet or hot, fresh ground black or colored peppers, bits of minced garlic, olive oil, fresh herbs...
Lemons did the following:
1. in 10 days, lost 10 pounds but it looked like a lot more. This was largely water that processed food keeps in our bodies.
2. Increased energy, sex drive (yes) better complexion - lemons are circulatory.
3. Incredibly smooth, soft and pink complexion. Circulatory and overall tissue benefits of lemons. The tissue benefits of C and citrus help our skin, organs and heart and circulatory system.
I squeezed lemons in water or fizzy water with or without cran or OJ, on rice and chicken and rice dishes, on meat dishes, on salads and also lemon or lime in fruit smoothies, pasta or salads or gazpacho.
I made this with Chambord and raspberry jam and whipped cream on pound cake. I prefer the raspberry jam and the Chambord to the cake itself, though pound cake is delicious. Then back to the veggies~
Potatoes are tasty, especially in the winter. If you combine some sweet potatoes with the white ones and keep the skin on both, you do get vitamins from the skin.
