“Wild Mushroom Rice”
This is great for all mushroom lovers; this little side dish is healthy and light with flavor. It’s great side dish that can accompany fish and chicken. So if your resolution is to eat healthy and to cook. This is very easy dish to make and it only takes 30 minutes.
Time: 30 Minutes
Serves up to 3-4 people
Ingredients:
1 Cup of long grain white rice
1-1/2 Cups of chicken or vegetable stock
½ Teaspoon of salt
2 Tablespoon of unsalted butter
6 Ounces of fresh mushrooms of your choice (sliced or minced)
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1) Place the rice in the rice bowl, rinse with cold water and clean rice. Pour water out.
2) Then add the stock, and ½ teaspoon salt; swirl just to combine, then add salt, mushroom, and freshly ground black.
3) Then place the cube of unsalted butter in the center of the bowl and place in the bowl in the rice cooker.
