Keptas Džiovintas Suris - Lithuainian Baked Dry-Curd Cheese

Yield: 1 batch
1 qt Dried curd cheese
6 tb Butter softened
1/2 ts Black pepper ground
1 ts Caraway seeds
Pre-heat oven tto 325 deg-F.
Cover cheese with melted butter on all sides then sprinkle with pepper & caraway seeds.
Bake in oven until cheese has softened & is browned nicely.
Cut into 1/4" thick slices,
*NOTE: This cheese goes very well with beer.
