I absolutely loved this chili!
1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 small can green chiles
2 T chili powder
1 t each: garlic powder and cumin
salt to taste
1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 can tomato juice
1 can each: kidney beans, pinto beans and cannellini beans (or use your favorite combination)
In a large pot or Dutch oven on medium high heat brown beef and onion. Drain well.
Increase heat to high; stir in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and simmer as long as you like, anywhere from 20 minutes to all day, stirring often.
