Roma Fava Bean Salad

3 lb Fresh fava pods
1/2 lb Tuscan pecorino cheese
Olive oil as required
Salt & pepper to taste
Shell your fava beans by removing them from their pod.
Extract each bean from its casing.
Remove rind of your pecorino then cube it to 1/2".
Toss fava beans & cheese with a generous drizzle of olive oil.
Season with salt & black pepper.
Serve with bread.
