This dish turned out so good! My parents and I just loved it!
- 3/4 pkg (12 oz) uncooked spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce (use your favorite variety)
- 1 small can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 small can (10-3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, brown beef; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce. Remove from heat.
- Drain pasta. In a small bowl, combine soup and sour cream. In a 9x13" baking pan, layer half of the meat sauce, pasta, soup mixture and cheese. Repeat layers.
- Cover and bake at 350° for about 1 hour or til hot and bubbling.
