Sweet Simmered Kabocha

Yield: 4 servings
1/2 ea kabocha seeded
1 cup water
4 tb sugar
1 tb soy sauce
Peel kabocha skin.
Cube your kabocha to 1".
Put water, sugar, soy sauce & kabocha in a pot over high-heat.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low.
Put a sheet of aluminium foil over your kabocha then cover with a lid.
Simmer kabocha for 15 mins. until alomost all liquid is gone.
Serve warm.
