Carolina Catfish Stew

Yield: 6 Servings
2 lb Catfish fillets
1/2 c Bacon chopped
1 c Onion chopped
2 ea Cans stewed tomatoes
2 c Potatoes diced
1 c Catsup
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 ts Salt
1 ts Pepper
Cut fillets into 1" pieces.
Fry bacon until lightly browned in a large Dutch oven or kettle over low heat.
Add onion & cook until tender.
Add tomatoes, potatoes, catsup, & seasoning. Bring to the boiling point.
Reduce heat and cook, covered for 30 mins. more & serve.
