Leftover Ham? Recipes for Using Up Leftover...

We were going to make scalloped potatoes but we went out for Mexican for lunch and we stuffed ourselves silly. Needless to say, Mom and Dad are taking half the ham back and we'll end up making sammiches tonight or maybe nothing.

Oh, and we had ham, asspergrass, baked beans, cheesy tades, rolls, pecan pie, peanut butter choco cheesecake pie, cheese ball (that I will be making again--Mom and I came up with a perfect frickin recipe, OMG) and Triscuits ... uh, I'm drawing a blank on the rest of it. We ate like kings.
