Holiday Chocolate Chip Snowball Cookies

This is a traditional favorite recipe that I make every Christmas. Happy Holidays

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine
2 Cups Flour
½ teaspoon Salt

Set Aside

Blend

¾ Cup Butter or Margarine

½ Cup Sugar

2 teaspoons Vanilla

Beat in 1 egg
Stir in flour mixture
1 Cup Chopped walnuts
1 pkg Chocolate Chips (6 oz)

Roll into balls the size of a walnut and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes

After cooling roll in powdered sugar.

I made Peanut Butter Mincemeat cookies out of an old recipe book. I'll put it on Gather sometime, it was originally just mincemeat. Now everyone gobbles them.
