Try Some Leftover Turkey Recipe Ideas and Use Your Extra Bird

We have had a great time with our Thanksgiving leftovers this year so I wanted to share some leftover turkey recipe ideas for those of you tired of just heating up the same old plate.

Gobbler Turkey Sandwich:

The gobbler sandwich is my favorite and doesn't require that you know how to cook at all. Just get some sliced bread, mayo, cranberry sauce, stuffing, leftover turkey. Toast the bread and you are good to go.  

And if you are tired of the same old gobbler sandwhich, you can go freestyle with this recipe for a Turkey Rueben. Mmmmm...delicious....

I am not a huge fan of turkey soup but lots of people love it so I found a few great ideas for some different turkey soups you can make.

But the most inventive turkey leftover recipe idea I could find was for salsa verde turkey enchiladas. I NEVER would have thought of this one myself and think I might try it tonight.
