this is great to make after the hollidays
canola cooking spray
2/3 cup chopped mild or sweet onions
2 cups diced roasted turkey
2 cups leftover gravy
1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce (optional)
1-2 cups leftover veggies (optional)
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 tbsp butter
black pepper to taste (optional)
preheat oven to 400 degrees coat inside of a deep dish pie plate with cooking spray
coat a large non stick skillet with cooking spray add the onions and cook until lightly browned with a spatula stir in the turkey,gravy,worchestershire sauce,and leftoveer veggies
spread the turkey mixture in the pie plate spread mashed potaotes over the meat with a fork make a design in mashed potatoes set aside
in microwave safe cup melt butter in the microwave with pastry brush brush the top of the potatoes with melted butter sprinkle top with pepper
bake in oven for about 25 minutes or until potatoes are a light golden brown
