I could seriously just sit down and eat the entire batch of this. It is that good. Plus it is entirely simple to make. If you can chop things up and put them in a food chopper, you can make this. You might want to double it if you really like cranberries. Like any home cooked thing, all sizes are approximate and may need adjustment depending on what is around in your area (some cranberries are more tart than others, or maybe you just like super tart salad, use more or less sugar depending on your tastes)
1 bag of cranberries (last I looked there are around 12oz in a bag depending on what brand you get)
1 med orange (remove peel obviously)
1c chopped walnuts
1/2 cup sugar
Wash your cranberries, put into food chopper. Segment your orange, then put in food chopper with your sugar (a little at a time). Add walnuts. Chop some more.
Avoid eating straight from food chopper.
