Afghan Chicken Kebobs

Yield: 2 servings
1 c Yogurt
1 1/2 tb Salt
1/2 tb Ground red or black pepper
3 ea Garlic clove minced
1 1/2 lb Chicken breasts boneless skinless cubed 1"
Flatbread lavash or nan
3 ea Tomatoes sliced
2 ea Onions sliced Cilantro to taste
4 ea Limes 1/4'd
Mix yogurt, salt, pepper & garlic in a bowl.
Mix chicken with yogurt & marinate 1-2 hours up to 2 days refrigerated.
Thread chicken on skewers and grill over barbecue.
Place bread on plates divide meat among them.
Ttop with tomato, onion slices & cilantro then fold bread over.
Serve with lemon or lime quarters for squeezing.
